HappyNerdShop.com is a fan-owned retail site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. All Pokémon trademarks and card art are the property of their respective owners. Content on our blog is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Sale of Merchandise

  • Pricing: All prices are in CAD (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  • Shipping: Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to the carrier.

  • Authenticity: We only purchase authentic cards. If a shipment contains counterfeit items, they will be returned at the sender's expense or destroyed.
  • Shipping to Us: The seller is responsible for the cost and safety of shipping cards to us for evaluation. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our site to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Infringe upon our intellectual property or the property of others.
  • Engage in "scalping" or bot-driven purchasing of limited inventory.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, HappyNerdShop.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
