Opened sealed product is not eligible for return or refund.

All graded cards are sold based on the assigned grade from the third-party grading company. By purchasing graded cards, you agree that:

• The assigned grade is the opinion of the grading company, not Happy Nerd Shop
• We do not guarantee future crossover, resubmission, or regrade outcomes
• Slab cases may have light scuffs, scratches, or handling wear that do not affect the graded card itself

Returns or refunds will not be accepted based on disagreement with a grading company's opinion.

We aim to ship orders within a reasonable timeframe, but shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment, subject to applicable law.
